Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tool and Die Maker located in Oldsmar, FL. The Tool and Die Maker will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating CNC and manual machines, fabricating, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, and fixtures. Additionally, duties include ensuring product quality by conducting product testing and quality checks, and collaborating with engineering to optimize tooling design and processes.

Qualifications

Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

Skills in setting up and operating CNC and manual machines

Proficiency in fabricating, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, and fixtures

Knowledge of product testing and quality check procedures

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to optimize tooling design and processes

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Attention to detail and manual dexterity

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in Tool and Die making is a plus
