Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data Analyst with a focus on employee feedback to join our team, tasked with building surveys, analyzing data, and creating dashboards to drive improvements. This role involves administering surveys using Qualtrics, performing advanced data analysis with Python and SQL, and developing interactive feedback dashboards in Palantir. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform employee and partner feedback into actionable insights and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and administer employee and partner feedback surveys using Qualtrics.

Conduct comprehensive data analysis using Python, SQL, and additional tools to identify trends and insights.

Develop and maintain interactive feedback dashboards in Palantir for effective stakeholder communication.

Manage data integrity during import and transformation processes in Palantir.

Create and present analytical findings and recommendations using Google Slides.

Must-Have Skills:

Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, SQL).

Strong experience with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics) for both creation and analysis phases.

Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with development teams through tools like JIRA.

Industry Experience:

Experience in analyzing front-line employee feedback or similar domains is preferred. ABOUT AKRAYA
