Warehouse Supervisor

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a dynamic and growing plumbing supply company, who is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

This is a fantastic direct hire position working from 7:30am to 5pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities: Supervisor will lead and schedule warehouse and delivery staff to ensure safe and efficient daily operations Supervisor will oversee all aspects of warehouse productivity, workflow, and accuracy Supervisor will ensure merchandise is properly received, stored, and handled according to company standards Supervisor will manage the maintenance schedule for company vehicles and ensure compliance with safety regulations Supervisor will coordinate the accurate routing, loading, and shipment of customer orders Supervisor will address and resolve any delivery-related customer complaints Supervisor will participate in physical inventory counts and cycle count activities Supervisor will ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all other applicable safety regulations Requirements: Candidates must have prior experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations Candidates must have working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and safety procedures Candidates must have familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and related compliance standards Candidates must have experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or operations is preferred
