We are seeking a highly organized and driven Real Estate Administrative Director to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting both our operational and client-facing efforts, ensuring the business runs smoothly while delivering a top-tier client experience.Compensation:

$51,500 - $56,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Serve as the central point of communication for all administrative and client-related tasks

Manage and respond to all inbound leads in a timely and professional manner

Follow up with leads consistently to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel

Set appointments for agents with qualified prospects and maintain an organized calendar system

Plan, coordinate, and execute client appreciation events and team marketing initiatives

Oversee transaction coordination from contract to close, ensuring deadlines and compliance are met

Create CMAs, listing packets, and marketing materials as needed

Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and internal trackers

Support daily operations and team logistics, including scheduling, communications, and document management

Act as a liaison between clients, agents, vendors, and other key partnersQualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License

Previous real estate administrative experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Suite, and basic design tools (Canva, etc.)

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
