Job Qualifications

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Experience and/or training in payroll processes or related work. Must possess the ability, knowledge, and skill to operate/use the appropriate systems/software/hardware and use of standard accounting machines in the performance of job duties.

Major Duties

Provides high level of customer service and guidance to associates. Keeps their needs foremost and creates a welcoming environment, actively engages, and builds trust relationship in order to deliver a personalized customer experience.

Use a PC for data entry and use of appropriate systems/software/hardware for correspondence, reports, etc.

Data entry of payroll information through applicable payroll system. Prepares statistical payroll reports and other documentation. Maintains office library of required procedures, policies, and manuals.

Accurate and timely completion of payroll processing tasks such as reviewing schedules, time sheets, and reports. Performs a variety of work involved in the record keeping of payroll documents.

Assures compliance with fire, safety, and security regulations, as well as ensuring the security of fixed assets, cash, and inventory. Practices loss prevention procedures and alerts security and management of potential problems that may involve fraud, waste, and abuse.

Performs other duties as assigned.
