We’re Hiring: Chief of Staff (Remote – Canada-Based)

Full-time CAD $70K–$80K

Remote Split schedule: 2 days/week U.S. hours + 3 days/week Europe (Poland) hours

XNW Digital is growing fast—and we need a Chief of Staff to help us scale smartly, not chaotically.

This is not a glorified admin role. It’s a force-multiplier position working directly with our founder/CEO. You’ll own internal coordination between our U.S. leadership team and our Poland-based performance marketing team. You’ll be the connective tissue between vision and execution—keeping people, projects, and priorities aligned across time zones.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate global teams across U.S. and Poland time zones

Operationalize priorities and track execution across multiple clients

Keep internal comms sharp, decisions documented, and everyone accountable

Partner with the CEO to ensure strategy isn’t lost in the chaos

Design processes that help us grow without breaking what works

You’re a fit if:

You’ve done this before: Chief of Staff, Ops, or Strategy roles at startups, agencies, or consulting firms

You love making things run smoother—and can prove it

You’re calm under pressure, clear in chaos, and allergic to vague plans

You’re based in Canada, but flexible working across North America + Europe time zones

You’re detail-obsessed, low-ego, and deeply trustworthy

Bonus if:

You’ve worked with international teams

You’ve got marketing agency or professional services experience

You’ve seen what “good ops” looks like—and how to build it from scratch
