Lecturer in Fine Arts

The Department of Fine Arts at Brandeis University seeks a one-year appointment for a drawing/painting instructor for the fall of 2025 and spring of 2026. The position is a six-course load appointment, three courses per semester. The drawing and painting courses are across all levels of introductory, intermediate, and advanced topics. The classes are intended for both studio majors and non-majors.

Candidates with Master of Fine Arts or equivalent and demonstrated teaching at the college or university level will be given preference. Interested individuals should submit a cover letter, CV, a draft course syllabus, and names and contact information for two references. The deadline for first consideration is June 15th 2025.
