THE ROLE:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Part-Time Graphic Designer with strong production experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on concept to execution—everything from campaigns to resizing, prepping, and finalizing creative assets across various platforms. You will:

Execute design and production design tasks including concepts, resizing, file preparation, and asset finalization for print and digital. Everything fro, web ads to print.

Adapt existing creative designs for multiple platforms (e.g., social media, email, web, print)

Organize and maintain design files, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in asset delivery

Collaborate with creative leads and marketing partners to meet brand and platform specifications

Troubleshoot file or formatting issues and ensure output meets technical and quality standards

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

3+ years of graphic design experience with a focus on production

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Familiarity with asset delivery for platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and email service providers

Exceptional attention to detail and a love for organization

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with brand guidelines and formatting specifications

Experience working freelance
