What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help identify top talent to meet our immediate staffing needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Source candidates using a variety of methods including LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking events
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews
Manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Greenhouse ATS
Assist in crafting and posting job descriptions
Report on recruiting metrics and pipeline status
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Who You Are:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within adtech
Experience recruiting for both technical and non technical positions
Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with ATS platform, Greenhouse
