Provides dynamic leadership in the school by creating educational options which lead to academic growth and achievement for all students through a thorough knowledge of curriculum, evidence-based best practices in technology-integrated and online instruction, assessment, supervision and evaluation, staff professional learning, community engagement, and positive school culture; implements a student-focused vision and collaborative leadership style to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of all students.

Uses evidence and data to evaluate the performance and practices of the school, in order to continually improve attainment of Student Academic Growth; takes responsibility and devises an intentional plan for ensuring that staff is knowledgeable in how to utilize evidence and data to inform instructional decision making to maximize the educational opportunities and instructional program for every child

The job is very active and regularly requires periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing while on duty. While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to talk and hear.

The incumbent frequently is required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel; and to reach with hands and arms.

Required Qualifications:

3-5 Years of Licensed School Site Experience

3 Years of School Administrative Experience

Principal License: Initial - Colorado Department of Education

Bachelor's (Baccalaureate) degree (e.g., B.A., A.B., B.S.)

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 Years Administrative Experience in a School or District Level Position

3-5 Years of Classroom Teaching Experience

Master's degree (e.g. M.A., M.S., M.Eng, M.Ed, M.S.W., M.B.A., M.L.S)

Salary Placement: Based on job relevant experience only
