Serve as the go-to expert for our HRIS, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our HR processes and best practices.

Analyze and revamp HR business processes, recommending system enhancements that boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide recommendations on system upgrades, if appropriate, that may include new systems/modules and/or vendor partnerships.

Stay updated on the latest HRIS features, updates, and patches, leveraging them to supercharge system performance.

Develop and share insightful HR reports, metrics, and dashboards that inform strategic decision-making.

Assist in crafting and maintaining HR standard operating procedures and user guides to ensure consistent system usage.

Uphold data privacy and security policies, ensuring we meet all relevant regulations and company standards.

Partner with HR teams and Information Systems (IS) to resolve issues, implement system updates, and enhance user experiences. What You Bring:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related majors preferred. Experience:

5+ years working with HRIS platforms, with a solid grasp of HR processes and data management.

5+ years leading a team of cross-functional peers in designing, implementing, and managing systems and/or processes. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Experience with system configuration, report generation, and troubleshooting HRIS-related issues.

Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess system needs and recommend process improvements.

Project management principles and concepts.

Ability to utilize data to provide insights into strategic and operational initiatives.

Familiarity with HR compliance requirements, data privacy, and security best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications and HR reporting tools.

Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, Ceridian Dayforce, and SharePoint preferred.
