Salary Range: $95,000 – $115,000 (depending on experience and licensure)

We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who’s ready to take charge—on paper, in the field, and in their career. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll work on everything from power distribution to security and control systems—while mentoring junior staff and shaping design from concept to completion.
What You’ll Do as a Senior Electrical Engineer:
Lead electrical design for power, lighting, fire alarm, security, and more
Oversee construction documents, specs, and field investigations
Collaborate with internal and external project teams
Support construction administration and client coordination
Mentor up-and-coming engineers and help drive quality
What You Bring:
BSEE or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer or similar
PE license (or actively pursuing it)
Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and electrical design tools
Experience with A/E consulting and water/wastewater systems a plus
