Project Architect - Design Leadership Meets Real Ownership

As a Project Architect, you'll be a key player in delivering high-impact projects in higher education, healthcare, and civic/municipal markets. This position offers true ownership-both in your role and in the firm itself.
What You'll Do as a Project Architect:
Lead the technical development and documentation of medium-scale projects
Collaborate with architectural teams, engineers, and consultants through all project phases
Manage construction documentation, detailing, and specifications
Oversee construction administration and ensure adherence to design intent
Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal process and quality improvements
What We're Looking For:
Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
5+ years of experience (preferred) in a Project Architect role or equivalent
Licensure preferred, or actively pursuing licensure
Advanced knowledge of Revit (AutoCAD and BSD SpecLink are a plus)
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
