Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development: Develop PLC control systems for automation projects, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and safety.

PLC Programming: Write and modify PLC programs using Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, or Omron platforms.

HMI & SCADA Integration: Develop HMI and SCADA solutions for real-time monitoring and process control.

System Troubleshooting: Diagnose, debug, and optimize PLC programs, control panels, and communication networks.

Hardware Integration: Interface PLCs with sensors, actuators, motors, conveyors, and industrial robots.

Testing & Commissioning: Conduct system testing, debugging, and on-site commissioning of automation solutions.

Documentation: Create and maintain wiring diagrams, system configurations, and programming documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers to develop robust automation solutions.

Training & Support: Provide operator and maintenance personnel training for PLC-based automation systems.

Technology Updates: Stay up to date with latest advancements in PLC hardware, software, and industrial automation trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 7+ years in PLC programming and industrial automation.

PLC Platforms: Proficiency with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, or Omron PLCs.

Programming Expertise: Hands-on experience with Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram (FBD) programming.

Industrial Communication: Familiarity with Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, and other industrial protocols.

Electrical Systems Knowledge: Understanding of electrical schematics, control panels, and safety standards.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for industrial control systems.

Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel for on-site support, troubleshooting, and commissioning as required.
