The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced, passionate Retail Store Manager to lead our boutique with heart, strategy, and an eye for beauty. You’ll be the leader of a dynamic team, delivering exceptional client experiences while overseeing daily operations, visual presentation, and sales performance.

What You’ll Do:

Lead all daily store operations, from opening to close

Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team

Provide a luxury client experience through styling, design knowledge, and storytelling

Oversee visual merchandising and partner with design teams to maintain store standards

Monitor sales goals, inventory levels, and team performance

Coordinate with custom furnishing and interior design departments on client projects

Foster a culture of integrity, creativity, and hospitality

What We’re Looking For:

3–5+ years of experience in a leadership role in luxury retail or lifestyle retail

Knowledge of both fashion and interiors is ideal (but not required)

Excellent communication, team-building, and clienteling skills

Passion for ethical sourcing and thoughtful design

Highly organized and comfortable in a multifaceted role
