Mechanical Engineer

Are you passionate about designing high-performance buildings and using smart engineering to reduce environmental impact? A mission-driven design-build firm in the Denver area is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to lead sustainable HVAC/MEP solutions for commercial projects focused on energy efficiency and decarbonization.

What You’ll Do:

Design HVAC and MEP systems with a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability

Develop detailed models and documentation using Revit

Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system layouts

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and sustainability consultants throughout project delivery

Support construction administration (RFIs, submittals, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering

Proven experience in HVAC/MEP design

Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD

Strong understanding of mechanical codes and sustainable system design

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

Familiarity with LEED, WELL, or other green building standards

Experience with energy modeling tools (e.g., Trace 700, OpenStudio, eQuest)
