Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Branson, MO. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing troubleshooting and repair of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. They will conduct preventive maintenance, perform equipment inspections, and ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and service. Daily tasks also include following EPA guidelines and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Provide technical support for indoor and outdoor HVAC equipment.

Perform startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Diagnose and resolve operational issues on-site, by phone, or through remote connections.

Educate customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

Complete installations and ensure work meets company standards.

Respond to emergency customer calls (Be willing to work evening and weekends).

Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.

Recommend repair or replacement solutions to customers.

Promote add-on services and service agreements.

Assist with additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
