We are looking for a Software Engineer, Consumer Support GPU to support our client's Consumer Support team. This is a W-2 full-time, contract role based in Santa Clara, CA . We offer competitive pay $80/hr - $85/hr based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture!

As a pivotal part of our clients Consumer Support team in Santa Clara, CA, you will be at the forefront of transforming customer support through brand new technologies. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with pioneering AI and GPU technologies, crafting solutions that streamline documentation, customer support, and CRM analytics processes. What you'll be doing:

Developing and deploying software to optimize internal processes in documentation and support.

Writing modular, reusable code and ensuring high-quality, timely project delivery.

Applying containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and REST APIs to build scalable solutions.

Conducting detailed data analytics to provide actionable insights using descriptive through prescriptive methodologies.

Implementing NLP techniques (clustering, fine-tuning, few-shot learning) to extract insights from textual data.

Collaborating cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Bringing to bear expert-level prompting and integration with LLMs and AI coding assistance tools for accelerated development.

What we need to see:

BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience.

Proven track record of delivering robust software on schedule.

Expertise in Python, Docker/Kubernetes, and REST APIs.

Strong database skills.

Hands-on experience with modern NLP and LLM engineering techniques.

Proficiency in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive data analytics.

Familiarity with AI code assistance tools to accelerate development.
