**This role will be on-site daily at our Production Facility in Winter Haven, FL. Seeking local candidates only at this time**

Position Summary: This is a multi-function HR role within Polyglass USA. The role provides administrative support to the Human Resources function as needed throughout our production facility in Winter Haven, FL.

Responsibilities:

Acts as a confidential and credible source for employees to seek advice, support, or answers to questions. Handles all inquiries in a professional and confidential manner.

Provides various human resources reports including organizational charts and company directory to ensure current information is readily available.

Assist new hires with benefit enrollments via employee self-service.

Provides administrative support for HR Manager.

Performs diversified clerical and administrative activities.

Records changes on all employee status as necessary, e.g., change of address, departmental transfers, rate increases, terminations, etc., and ensures changes are processed in both HRIS and Payroll.

Processes and records information, such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data; attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.

Update employee electronic files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.

Process all HR purchase orders by entering and receiving all invoices into the accounting software system.

Maintains and distributes current employee information, policy and procedure manuals, and other communication.

Add and assign employees and training to the LMS and AlertMedia.

Assist with the onboarding process: schedules physicals and background checks, conducts orientation and enrolls new hires on time clock.

Schedules interviews

Uploads new hire paperwork

Manages the attendance program

Assist in Plant/Community Activities

Assist with presenting at plant wide meetings

Performs other duties as required

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in HR in a production / manufacturing environment is strongly preferred for this role

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources preferred

Requires proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Planner, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
