The project at hand—a $200 million data center in South Bend, Indiana—is a key project for their strategic growth, and they’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the charge. As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role on one of the most high-profile data center builds in the Midwest. This role is pivotal not only to the success of the project, but also to the future of the company—with the potential to evolve into a Project Executive position.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of the $200M data center project, ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules, and client specifications.
Champion safety protocols and quality standards, maintaining a zero-incident environment.
Manage client relationships, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Utilize industry-leading software (Vista, Procore, Smartsheet, Primavera P6) for project planning, budgeting, and progress tracking.
Drive profitability through cost control, risk mitigation, and value engineering.
Mentor and manage junior project managers, fostering their professional growth.
Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, including progress updates and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, permits, and codes.
