This position is responsible for the overall delivery of the Siding Products project and for achieving Co’s goals in key areas such as cost, schedule, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction.
This role involves close collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, installers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the Siding Products are installed correctly, meet quality standards, and fulfill customer expectations, all while maintaining alignment with core fundamentals.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the installation of the Siding Products
Providing on-site construction support to ensure proper installation and troubleshooting issues as needed
Working effectively with contractors on construction-related matters
Guiding architects and engineers on administrative requirements
Developing long-term relationships with all project team members and trade partners
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in Field Service or Technical Support within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of siding products, exterior cladding, or related building materials
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel to job sites and provide in-field technical support
