Functions of the Position: Project Manager in Lubbock
Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in coordination with stakeholders
Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for clients and senior management
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services
Resolve issues, delays, and unforeseen problems quickly and effectively
Liaise with architects, engineers, inspectors, and local authorities as needed
Track project costs and manage invoices, payments, and change orders
Conduct site inspections to ensure standards and specifications are met
Lead regular site meetings and provide clear communication across all parties
