Role Description
The Client Experience Manager is a full-time position responsible for building connections and trust with clients while supporting the growth and retention of advisors' books of business.
This role is crucial to the success of the business, involving direct interaction with clients, proactive relationship management, and operational support to maintain a seamless client experience.
You will play an integral role in fostering strong client relationships, supporting advisors in nurturing their client base, and ensuring client needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position requires high-level organizational skills, time management, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business. Strong follow-through and the capability to create an environment where clients feel valued and well taken care of are essential for success.
The Client Experience Manager is vital to the success of the business. This individual will be involved in many details of the business. This requires time management and organizational skills at a high level. This role requires the ability to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, as well as the ability to build relationships and create an environment where clients feel valued and well taken care of. As we are growing, the position will also require the ability to be adaptable to change.

Minimum Qualifications:
Series 65 or Series 7 licensed a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred (in lieu of degree must have 4 years of relevant office experience)
Associate degree is required
Minimum of 2-years' experience in customer service
Minimum of 1-year experience in professional office setting
Experience working with CRM systems
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Database Management with basic understanding of windows and Mac IOS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in investment, finance, or other related fields is a plus
Must be available to work full-time hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Responsibilities
First point of contact for both prospects and clients in-office or over the phone
Record notes from client conversations
Appointment Confirmation/follow-up
Calendar management
Pre-appointment preparation
Mail correspondence
Tracking/Ordering supplies
Sending out gifts for clients
Compiling binders for clients
Assisting the marketing team with events for the firm
