Responsibilities
Configuration and customizations of Dynamics CRM/Power Platform
Understand and Document client functional requirements
Configure and customize Power Platform applications based on the requirement specification
Provide hands-on functional and technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role.
Develop and estimate work items
Lead technical discussions with clients
Provide technical support to existing clients
Qualifications
Good organizational skills with an ability to learn things quickly and adapt to changing situations.
Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Portals, Power Automate, and Power BI)
Power Platform Administration
Experience with development of Canvas and Model Apps
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5+ Years of Power Platform or Dynamics CRM Experience
Technical and Functional specifications documentation
Experience designing and configuring key integration points in CRM
Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong Problem-Solving skills
