Pay: $70,000/year

Experience: Leadership and team management experience with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Greene Resources is seeking an Operations Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Lead, train, and manage finishing workshop associates, including assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring high levels of productivity.

Oversee day-to-day activities for all inbound finishing orders, including receiving, cataloguing, and assigning.

Oversee day-to-day activities for all outbound finishing orders, including quality control, invoicing, and shipping.

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing finishing products.

Consult with customers to provide finishing recommendations and/or to obtain clarification regarding finishing requests.

Maintain inventory and order supplies.

Prepare finishing reports for internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with company leadership and other department leaders to develop and/or improve processes.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Maintain a fun, engaging professional environment.

Position Requirements:

Basic hand sewing and sewing machine skills are a plus.

Knowledge of machine embroidery is a plus.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Brightpearl Retail Operating System is a plus.

Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
