Process Engineer – Manufacturing (EPP/EPS Moulding)

We're looking for a Process Engineer to play a critical role in the launch of new products, optimizing production processes, and leading improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our APQP team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring production readiness for new product launches by overseeing tooling, equipment, and sample runs. Your day-to-day will include:
Driving process development for new products and leading improvement projects from concept to implementation.
Applying structured problem-solving techniques (8D, 5-Whys) to eliminate production defects.
Leading initiatives to reduce scrap and process variation.
Supporting and enforcing HSE programs and environmental reporting.
Running planned experiments, including full-scale Design of Experiments (DOE).
What You Bring:
A degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred), or equivalent education & experience
Experience in EPP foam or injection moulding—preferably with Kurtz or Teubert machines
Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to problem solving
Familiarity with automotive quality standards (TS16949), APQP, SPC, and statistical experimentation
Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with equipment selection and process optimization
Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, MS Access, SPC software, and PM Expert
Supervisory and environmental reporting experience are a plus
