Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

Position: - HVAC Service Technician

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite)

Duration: Full time - Permanent

Responsibilities: Maintain, repair, diagnose and correctly install or replace HVAC systems Troubleshoot system issues and perform diagnostics to ensure efficient operation

Preparing and presenting recommendations to customers on most efficient solutions

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites and in company vehicles

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

Complete all required documentation, including service logs and job reports

Follow safety protocols and uphold to quality workmanship

Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technology

What We're Looking For:

2+ Years of experience in HVAC service

Type II EPA Certification or Universal EPA

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Must possess your own basic hand tools

Capability to handle system start-up and adjustments independently
