The Paralegal will support attorneys by providing comprehensive legal and administrative assistance, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research and investigations, and assisting with hearing and sale preparation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and external professionals to discuss case details and project requirements.
Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories, in accordance with judicial procedures.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, case law, and legal publications; provide detailed written summaries and reports to attorneys.
Organize, manage, and maintain case files, including evidence, exhibits, depositions, and other legal materials, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
Track and maintain accurate records of billable hours and case-related expenses.
Assist with trial preparation, including organizing documents, coordinating witnesses, and preparing exhibits.
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements

Knowledge of legal terminology, legal research methods, court processes, and document preparation.

Education and Experience:
Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a related legal support role.
