Software Engineer (Java) Hybrid

A high-growth software company—ranked one of Denver’s top employers four years running—is expanding its backend engineering team and looking for a Software Engineer ready to level up. You’ll help architect and develop scalable backend systems powering real-world supply chain operations.

What You’ll Do

Build tested, production-ready backend services in Java

Develop RESTful APIs, database logic, and distributed systems

Collaborate with a high-caliber team of engineers and product leads

Leverage technologies like PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, and modern security protocols

Participate in architectural discussions and whiteboarding sessions onsite

Ideal Background

2–10 years of Java development experience

Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, AWS, REST APIs, and backend best practices

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (required)

U.S. citizenship (required)

Stable tenure and clear signs of upward career trajectory

Hands-on with microservices, multi-threaded systems, and modern API security
