Manufacturing Project Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time and within scope. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of both sales and customer service principles. The Project Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, driving project success through effective collaboration and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed efficiently.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.

Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.

Experience

Proven experience in project management or a similar role is essential.

Strong background in sales and customer service is highly desirable.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client engagement.

Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.

A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary: $55K-$75K
