We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President to work directly with the President to drive market-based growth across our U.S. and Canadian regions with brick-and-mortar presence. This individual will be a player-coach—leading high-performing market leaders and sales teams while also actively driving new business in strategic accounts. You will be a critical force in expanding market share, strengthening our leadership team, and executing a unified go-to-market strategy across all service lines.

What We’re Looking For
15+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in IT Staffing and Solutions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive growth in multi-market organizations.
Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
Strong analytical and operational skills; comfortable making data-driven decisions.
A collaborative leader who empowers others, takes ownership, and builds future leaders.
Experience in selling to both commercial enterprises and the SLED sector is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, align incentives, and drive performance-based outcomes.
