Role Overview
As Creative Marketing Specialist, you will work alongside our Marketing Manager to develop compelling visual content that brings The Well’s mission, products, and impact to life. You’ll design assets for digital and in-store use, create photo and video content, support email and social media campaigns, and help build a cohesive, meaningful brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
Visual Design
Create on-brand visuals for digital and print use, including graphics for social media, email, website, and in-store marketing
Content Creation
Capture and edit photo and video content that highlights our products, people, and mission
Email Marketing
Design and build branded campaigns in Mailchimp or Klaviyo, ensuring visual and messaging consistency
Social Media Support
Assist with planning and creating content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
Campaign Execution
Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and mission-focused initiatives with asset development and rollout
Brand Stewardship
Ensure brand alignment in voice, tone, and design across all touchpoints
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with the marketing manager and other departments to gather stories and support creative needs

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or digital marketing
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Experience in photography and basic video editing
Familiarity with email marketing platforms
Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative
