Senior Electrical Engineer Job Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional engineering teams in hardware design and product development projects
Develop circuit board and electrical system designs from concept to prototype
Create and review technical documents, schematics, and test plans
Collaborate on hardware/software integration and design specifications
Conduct product evaluations and troubleshooting for production and field issues
Support internal teams and customers with technical expertise and documentation
Participate in proposal development and project planning
Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and scheduling objectives
Senior Electrical Engineer Requirements and Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (focus on electronic design)
8+ years of experience designing and developing electronic products
Strong knowledge of analog and digital systems
Proficient with lab testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
Familiar with tools like Altium and Microsoft Project
Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable building prototypes and interpreting engineering documentation
Effective communicator and team collaborator
