Overview:
The NS Group, a national group purchasing organization specializing in healthcare and corrections food service, is looking for an experienced and ambitious salesperson ready to contribute to the success of our organization. The company is recruiting an individual to drive sales growth, strengthen client relationships through consistent support and training, and ensure operational excellence by maintaining accounts. The NS Group's goal is to exceed our customer expectations by providing the industry’s best menu solutions and group purchasing program. This sales position is responsible for promoting the company’s services and contracts.
The NS Group is currently hiring for the North Mississippi/Louisiana/Arkansas/Tennessee territory. Some overnight travel may be necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university OR 5+ years sales experience
Experience working with or for a group purchasing organization in the healthcare industry is helpful
Basic computer skills & Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Current automobile insurance
Ability to pass pre-employment Drug Testing and Background Check
Required – minimum 5 years non-retail sales experience

Accurately document all activities, sales progress, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
Make Weekly Sales Calls to Prospects
Maintain Weekly Sales Reports & Tracking

Base salary: $65-$75K plus sales commission
Bonus Opportunities and Uncapped Commissions
