Role: Administrative Assistant

Position Description:
Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail.
May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information.
Answer and direct phone calls, take dictation, and produce and distribute memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Review and maintain written and computer files, and develop and maintain a filing system.
Manage, train and mentor other office staff, lead projects, and handle confidential and sensitive data.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an office support or administrative role
Valid driver’s license; must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (subject to random testing)
Minimum 1 year of experience in invoice processing, parts ordering, or administrative support with an associate’s degree
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word.
Transmits information so it is received and understood in the way it was intended
Manages tasks to effectively and efficiently complete work responsibilities of self and other
Strong teammate; be committed to safety, environmental and regulatory compliance
Ability to prepare accurate and legible reports
