Trustpoint.one has partnered with an AmLaw 50 firm in their search for an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant. They are seeking a professional, highly organized Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in both litigation and transactional practices. This direct hire, hybrid role (3 days in-office) is based in Pittsburgh, PA, and offers an exciting opportunity to work with accomplished legal professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

About the Role

As a valued member of the Legal Support Services team, the Legal Administrative Assistant will play a key role in keeping attorneys’ practices running smoothly. From drafting legal documents to managing calendars and client communications, you’ll handle a wide variety of administrative responsibilities that directly impact case outcomes and client service.

What You’ll Do

Support attorneys across dispute and transaction practice areas with high-quality legal and administrative services.

Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, agreements, pleadings, and correspondence.

Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements.

Monitor and accept tasks through the firm’s delegation tool, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Prepare agendas and presentation materials, coordinate meetings, and assist with court filings when needed.

Handle monthly billing processes and track timekeeper compliance.

Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and internal teams.

Maintain client and matter records in compliance with firm policies.

What You Bring

2+ years of legal administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment.

High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; adept at formatting, redlining, and document conversions.

Strong understanding of legal terminology and legal document workflows.

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines.

Discretion with confidential information and a high degree of professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.

Practice area-specific experience (litigation or transactional) is strongly preferred.
