What You'll Do:

Ensure top-notch quality and adherence to project plans and standards.

Build strong client relationships through exceptional service.

Maintain a clean, safe job site with regular safety meetings.

Coordinate schedules and manage field workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Document project changes and utilize Track/Bid2Win/Pro-Core software.

Train and supervise crew members and subcontractors.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED.

Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to pass a drug screen and back mobility assessment.

3-5 years of construction leadership experience.

Pro-Core experience is a plus.

OSHA 30-Hour safety training or equivalent.

Computer proficiency.

Leadership experience and bilingual candidates preferred.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience + bonus.
