Are you an experienced technical operations leader with a background in calibration and repair? We’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-performance commercial calibration and repair laboratory. What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily lab operations across technical service, customer service, shipping & receiving, quality assurance, and logistics
Ensure all operations align with company goals and exceed customer expectations
Lead a team of supervisors and staff with a hands-on, mission-driven approach
Manage operational budgets and key variable expenses with full P&L responsibility
Enhance and expand accreditation scope (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025) as needed
Support strategic initiatives and special projects in collaboration with leadership
Maintain high levels of efficiency, technical accuracy, and asset utilization
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years in Calibration and Repair, including experience with Physical Dimensional, RF/Microwave, and general test equipment
PMEL or equivalent technical training preferred
4+ years leading technical teams or supervising operations
2+ years of hands-on P&L and budgeting experience
Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
