With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a Business Development Manager to our team. This person will oversee the Philadelphia area.

ARROW is looking for a dynamic individual to spearhead new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive growth in the rapidly evolving security sector. If you have experience in sales, strategic partnerships, and a deep understanding of security, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.

Essential Job Duties

Exceeding sales quota

Lead generation - maintain pipeline of prospects

Developing target account list

Customer qualification

Sales presentations

Industry specific technology demos

Evaluating customer needs

Ability to sell value vs. price, consult and make recommendations to customers

Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs

Price negotiations with potential clients / understanding market pricing

Face to face and customer phone sales

Attend industry events

Use of CRM to maintain customer records and data

Position Requirements

5+ years of formal sales experience / Security / building services / experience necessary

Bachelor's degree or related experience

Desire to identify and close sales opportunities

Strong work ethic and follow up skills - desire to win

Commitment to excellent customer service

Robust written and verbal communication skills

Business to Business sales in products or services desirable

Proven ability to identify and communicate effectively with decision makers

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities

Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as part of cohesive sales team

Strong computer skills with command of MS Office Suite

Travel as required

Compensation Range: $90,000- $120,000 + commission + expenses
