Title: Recruiter - Alliance Careers

Description: Alliance Careers seeks an energetic recruiter to assist our corporate partners hire top talent. We are a company with a clear and important mission: to assist military veterans find careers in corporate America upon transitioning into the civilian sector. No military experience is required for this role. You simply need a passion to help very deserving military veterans that have sacrificed much in the defense of our country.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a recruiting strategy

Recruit junior military officers via phone and email.

Manage applicant files

Assist candidates in the application and selection process

Maintain online candidate database

Has superior interpersonal skills

Communicates effectively verbally and in written form

Is very entrepreneurial

Qualifications:

3-5 years of recruiting experience

Compensation:

Base Salary: $50K
