Role: Executive Assistant - Financial Services

Location: Onsite, 5 days/week

Schedule: Standard business hours (9am–6pm); flexibility may be required based on workload

THE ROLE

A leading Private Equity firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support a team of senior professionals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and bring a high level of professionalism and discretion to the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Arrange domestic and international travel, including accommodations, transportation, and necessary documentation.

Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.

Support event planning and logistics for meetings, offsites, and team functions.

Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Draft, edit, and prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence.

Maintain and update contact lists and help track communications.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience supporting senior-level professionals in an administrative capacity

Financial Services, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Asset Management, or Venture Capital industry experience preferred

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Experience in fast-paced, high-performing environments strongly preferred
