Here’s what you’ll be doing:
This role is responsible for delivering various on-site work assignments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Review and respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages, and verbal communication.
Perform general front office reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and taking messages, scheduling conference rooms, and entering data into the computer.
Respond to customer needs and requests, accept deliveries, and set up food and beverages for meetings.
