Britton Industries, the tri-state area’s leading manufacturer of 100% recycled premium mulches, soils and compost, is offering an opportunity for a talented full-time marketing professional to join our expanding organization.

Responsibilities:

Research bid opportunities and manage bid calendar

Assist with bid packages for governmental and institutional clients

Manage bid and proposal files

Manage OPRA requests

Keep contact data current in CRM program

Liaise with customers and prospects throughout sales cycle

Collaborate with Marketing on outreach initiatives

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

2-3 years proven experience in bid and proposal support

Experience identifying bid opportunities, understanding bid language, coordinating responses and organizing win/loss data

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel

Experience with Adobe software and CRM required. Salesforce experience preferred. Training provided.

Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

Self-starter with strong attention to detail

Salary Range: $55,000-80,000
