We are looking for a Wholesale Account Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence. This is a key role in our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of wholesale operations from order processing to final delivery. The ideal candidate will combine analytical insight with hands-on coordination, playing a vital role in scaling our growing wholesale business.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the end-to-end wholesale order process, including processing sales orders, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating shipping schedules.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the purchasing department to forecast needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
Track shipments and proactively resolve any logistical issues that may impact delivery timelines.
Support ongoing improvements in operational systems and workflows to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support seamless operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in wholesale operations, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in a consumer goods or fashion-related industry.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across departments and with external partners.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
