Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing brand management firm, is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the firm’s founding partners and oversee day-to-day operations of the office. This is a high-visibility role offering exposure to executive-level decision-making, project coordination, and the inner workings of a well-regarded organization in the brand and retail space.

In this role, you will:
Provide high-level administrative support to the founding partners, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, and meeting prep
Act as the central liaison for internal teams, vendors, and visitors, representing the office with professionalism and polish
Oversee all aspects of office management, including supplies, facilities coordination, tech/vendor management, and general upkeep
Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records and office policies
Coordinate firmwide events, meetings, and team communications
Handle ad hoc projects and requests with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an EA / Office Management capacity, ideally supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced or creative/corporate environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proactive problem-solver with a no-task-too-small attitude
Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy—comfortable handling sensitive information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
