Our leading real estate client is seeking a visionary Director of Marketing Insights & Analytics to spearhead their data-driven decision-making and propel their marketing efforts to new heights.
As the Director of Marketing Insights & Analytics, you will be instrumental in shaping their understanding of the market, their customers, and the effectiveness of the marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of the marketing insights and analytics roadmap, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence that fuels growth and innovation across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to build and own a critical function, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive meaningful business outcomes through the power of data.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing analytics, market research, or customer insights, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies across various channels (digital, account-based marketing, etc.).
Strong expertise in market research methodologies (both qualitative and quantitative), survey design, and statistical analysis.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
