We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support both data entry and talent acquisition functions. This hybrid role involves maintaining accurate records in our systems while also assisting with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open positions. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a strong communicator, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update candidate and employee data in internal systems
Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates and posting job ads
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain and organize recruitment files and documentation
Support onboarding tasks as needed
