Laboratory Technician

North Charlotte Regional office is adding a Laboratory Technician to their Engineering and Product Lab Team. You will be working closely with Engineers on new prototypes to test and evaluate their performance. New Graduates welcome to apply Hourly wage up to $25 an hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist engineers with testing mechanical products for quality, performance, and durability.

Prepare and maintain test setups, including portioning and organizing necessary materials.

Capture accurate measurements, photos, and observations during testing.

Record and upload test data into the company’s tracking and analysis systems.

Communicate findings clearly and effectively to engineers and other team members.

Support lab organization and ensure proper documentation of testing procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Lab Assistant, Lab Technician, or Quality Control preferred

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and testing.

Proficiency in data entry and experience working with test tracking systems or spreadsheets.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
