Position: Project Scheduler

Location: Columbus OH

Duration: 12 month contract to permanent hire

Pay Rate: $45-49/hour, weekly pay

Start Date: 6/9

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in construction management, engineering, or related

Prior experience working as a Project Scheduler in a commercial or industrial environment

Primavera P6 experience

Pluses:

Prior Power BI Knowledge

Utilities Experience

Leadership experience or interest

Day to Day Details:

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Project Scheduler to join their team in one of the following locations: Akron, OH; Columbus OH; Greensburg, PA; Reading, PA. Working with 3-7 Project Managers at a time, the Project Scheduler will be responsible for communicating schedule updates and adjustments regarding project timeliness. Day to day systems include the use of Primavera P6 as well as the ability to interpret data from Power BI. By utilizing these systems, it is the responsibility of the Project Scheduler to communicate any changes in deadlines for each Project Manager they support for quality control, who may have 2-15 projects at once. Project support is for new construction and retrofitting for utilities primarily focused on substations and transmission lines. This individual must report onsite 5 days a week.
