Job Description
Rose International is seeking a qualified, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a Resource Delivery Associate (RDA). The RDA will perform the duties below and will be the liaison for Columbus, Ohio based candidates and client managers when in-person meetings are required. The RDA will also be responsible for aiding and directing our contractor base, as well as being part of the Rose recruiting team that supports our customer. We are highly interested in candidates with experience in staffing account management, liaison responsibilities, and high-volume recruiting where service delivery to a client was actively managed. A successful candidate for our team will have excellent communication and organizational skills so our clients receive high quality support and service experiences.
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
• Proven high volume recruiting and/or account management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Excellent customer service skills, and business etiquette
• Excellent presentation, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft programs
Required Soft Skills:
• Ability to prioritize and handle higher work volumes
• Strong detail-oriented and prioritization skills
• High regard for confidentiality
• Mature mind-set in interactions with all levels of staff
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops understanding of our client’s workforce needs and common skill sets
• Review qualifications, resumes and conduct phone interviews with potential candidates to qualify work history, training, education, and job skills
• Manage a consistent level of qualified candidates on a day-to-day basis to support our client’s requests
• Meets with candidates to conduct interviews and equipment returns.
• Discuss and clarify client requirements with recruiting team and conduct final review of candidates prior to client submittals
• Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, articulate company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
